How ‘real’ are our reviews?
When am I entitled to a warranty?
All items you buy from us are covered by the statutory warranty. The statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
Can I cancel an order I've already placed?
Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order. As soon as you place an order, our delivery team gets to work right away. The products are picked, packed and prepared for shipping immediately. This lightning-fast process means we are unable to cancel your order.
