Fidget spinner

The fidget spinner was the craze of 2017 in the Netherlands. But they remained popular throughout 2018, too. The original, and most common, spinner has three arms with a ball bearing in the middle. You hold it between your thumb and index finger. As soon as you give one of the arms a flick with another finger, the toy starts spinning. Spinners come in different types, sizes, colors, and finishes. They are made of plastic or metal. There are also fidgets shaped like a revolver magazine or a snowflake. You can do all kinds of tricks with them. For example, you can spin a fidget spinner on one finger, toss it into the air, and catch it on another finger.
