Ordering and delivery
How lovely that you want to order from us! We want to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Our standard shipping rate is €4,95 within the Netherlands. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a table with all our other shipping rates. Once you place your order, we’ll send you a Track & Trace code. This lets you track your parcel and know exactly when to expect it. We have a good agreement with PostNL, so they’ll make sure your parcel arrives on time. During the ordering process, you can specify what should happen to your parcel if you’re not at home. We can deliver it to your neighbours, attempt delivery again, or take it to a collection point for you to pick up.
Ordered at the weekend?
Then it will take a little longer for your parcel to arrive. The “order before 23.30, delivered tomorrow” service applies on working days only. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. This means you’ll receive your parcel on Tuesday.
Entered the wrong address?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about that. Our ordering process is fully automated so that we can deliver your package as quickly as possible. If you made a mistake when entering your address and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge you the shipping costs. Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. This is not considered a return under the cooling-off period. This has been confirmed by the legal adviser at Thuiswinkel.org.
