Model Engine Kits

Model kits of realistic engines

The model engines you’ll find in our webshop are realistic replicas of the originals. Some engines have unique features once you’ve built them. They really work and have moving parts. The scale gives you an idea of the difficulty level and how many details have been incorporated. We offer a choice of model kits made from metal, plastic and wood.

What do I need to build the model engines?

You don’t need glue to build the model engines. The model kit descriptions tell you exactly what’s included in the box and what else you’ll need. Some models are already painted, while others give you the option to paint them yourself.

Building mechanical engine kits mainly requires patience. You’ll have hours of fun as you get one step closer to the finished result. During the process, you’ll learn a lot about how an engine works by building one yourself.

Which engine model kit is right for me?

Our model-building engine collection includes a wide range of options. In general, these kits are a little more complex, making them suitable for adults and young people. Because the boxes contain small parts, we don’t recommend them for young children.

With hundreds of parts in each kit, you’ll spend a considerable amount of time assembling it. It’s for the truly determined. Once finished, most can replicate the function of a real engine thanks to their moving parts. Read the descriptions to learn more about the products we offer. If you’re unsure, you can always contact our customer service team.
